After you get a new rank you get a certain amount of a certain item, maybe just a BPO after LVL 10
As for the 'Rewards'
Lvl 0 > 1: 10 Sicas/Somas
Lvl 1 > 2: 1 Logicloop fit
Lvl 2 > 3: 50 Toxin SMGs
Lvl 3 > 4: 25 Toxin ARs
Skip a few :p
(This is where your loyalty starts to matter)
Lvl 10 > 11:
Lvl 11 >12: Caldari: State Peacekeeper BPO. Minmatar: Sebastian Field Sappers BPO. Gallente: Federal Marine BPO. Amarr: Imperial Guard BPO. (All are STD fits and are assaults.)
Skip to last tier
Gallente: The Black Eagle fit handed out a time ago. (BPO version, no shotgun, active scanner)
Caldari: Ishukone Watch BPO (Assault, Ishukone ARR, Magsec, Nanohive)
Amarr: P.I.E BPO (Or any "elite' Amarr force, I just couldn't think of one)
Minmatar: Tribal Liberation Force.
Alternate for Caldari: Mordu's Legion BPO.

I forgot to mention the BPO you receive would be based on your standings with the factions. Highest standing = Which BPO you get.

So you'd only be able to own one BPO at a time?

Lvl 11 and up have BPOs for each faction, but that does not mean you can't have one of all!
A way to get all 4 race's suits would be to basically say have high Amarr standings when reaching lvl 11, then Min at 12, then Caldari at 13, then Gallente at 14 then the last is up to you (they all are really your choice. I'm going to work for full Caldari BPOs if this ever happens)
If your asking if the previous BPO would go 'poof' after you get a new one, the answer is no, you would keep all BPOs to use whenever you want.

nah they just need to lower the ammount of points it costs.
its like 1000$ at the higher levels to rank up.
thats not loyalty its extortion and exploitation.
Don't vote for iron wolf saber.
Vote for someone who will help the community i.e. anyone else.
