As far as canonical wealth the Caldari megacorps have the highest focus on mercantilism and retain a rather large chunk of the New Eden Cluster Economic wealth overall. As far as tech advancement the caldari and Gallente tend to run neck and neck. The amarr tend to lag only because they prefer to refine their tried and true technologies rather than indulge in fanciful arms race idiocy. Minmatar are advanced in that "if it works, strap it on and hook it up to the power plant." monetary wealth? Amarr. Economic power? Caldari Tech edge? Tends to lean towards gallente the Matari attitude of NEVER AGAIN, DEATH FIRST tends to lend itself to a wealth of insane bravery.
