Yes, but almost everything else is different. TTK, heavies (even the fact that it's plural), logis, scouts, scanning, and weapon selection are all entirely different. Armor plates are different, fitting costs are different, slot layouts are different... I could keep going, but you probably get the point.

I have a Min Assault that runs 408 shields, 320 armor, sprints at 8.77 with a 2x damage modded shotgun, and running 2 damps. It can't cloak, but it's tough, fast, and perfect for CQC. After hearing all these complaints though, I have come to believe that scouts aren't the problem, people just hate the shotgun. Shotguns can only kill you instantly if they are within 0-8m. Don't let them get close. EDIT: Best thing about my fit is the damps. Do you know how many scouts I've shotgunned in the back because they don't run precision enhancers? I can tank a shotgun shell. THEY CAN'T Bullet Hell and Duct-Tape? Count me in! FA recruits get free officer BPO's. Enlist today. Must be a scrub to enter.
