Half the time this is happening to me, and I'm now losing bloody fights because of it...
Is my internet now suddenly garbage and this is coincidence, or is this happening to anyone else?

On an installation, half the railgun shots aren't animated on my screen, and only a few seconds later is the tank destroyed. On my screen i am shooting this tank but he takes no damage and i don't build up any heat but other people see me shooting the dirt

Yes I've noticed it; it used to happen quite frequently but for the longest time it had stopped. The few times I've used the AFG since 1.9 have had delayed firing. As long as you hold the trigger down for a few moments after the blank fire, it'll fire after you release the trigger but it won't if you release immediately after the blank fire.
I'm surprised Maynard hasn't been assassinated yet.

This happened with assault forges after a previous update, I think around the start of the year. It really was totally unusable, most of your shots did not register. They eventually fixed it but wouldn't be surprised if it came back, it seems that with each update some of the Matari duct tape holding the code together falls off. |

Yes FG is having issues. I know it should be taking splash damage and its not and when you hit the vehicle the damage is not registering.
Can the other voices in other peoples minds hear my voices in my head????

Welp, until they fix this, looks like my HAV is now relegated to redline lurking instead of mid-field operations, no more hunting HAVs down with my Ishy forge, and time to troll around with my Damped Plasma Cannon 24/7
