have your repair tools been functioning correctly post 1.9?
im sometimes not even getting warpoints for repping people up even if i havnt even repped at all in the match, and also finding that im doing repairing but i seem to hit the cap much faster then pre 1.9.
it feels like the Points per minute WP cap on repair tools has been ninja lowered..
can any one confirm these faults/changes?
the repair tools i use are- BDR-8 Triage Repair Tool (L4) Core Repair Tool (L5) Core Focused Repair Tool (L5)

If CCP make my class useless i propably switch to any other game. I played MAG like support and i played dust like support, hell even in TF im support. I dont wanna be prosecuted by some slayer who thinks killing is the only way to win fight I dont know if they change anythingie (yesterday it seems quite same for me), but it they will make my game bad i will change it for something else for sure. i agree i love playing engi in TF2 im that kind of support.

I m a true logi im not one of those scrub logi who only know how to rep/follow

Only the tankiest of heavies will survive you mean a FULL BRICK amarr sentinel with what was it? 2100 ehp? and iirc wasnt even proto FG only 1900 or something? and also iirc heavy damage mods dont work on the FG atm for what ever reason.

however wen the new orbitals come in game i will mostlikly guess it will be the death of octo-heavy and choak point meat grinders which give best WP for logi..
so all in all its been a 3 pronged attack against logi

And this is why people complain about remotes. i dont complain about RE.. its a legit way to F over both sentinel and logi and iirc some one did the math but at L5 damping and basic damp a medium suit (currently) can only be spotted by gal scout and i think amarr scout? how ever with adv damp or even proto damp i think the scout will be blind to the medium suit meaning the medium could just as easly(as the scout) drop RE's on unsuspecting groups of people at choakpoint meatgrinders

yes i know im only advanced for shields and needle but thats all i could fit with having the most amount of proto i could squeese on it at all L5 fitting/core skills
but basically it was damp or reactive.. the differance was maybe.. 60 ehp and 3 rep per second but 1% slower speed.. 60 ehp on armor is only 2 bullets from an ACR.. or maybe 1 from a prof 5 breach smg.
it makes sence to not let the enemy know where i am while im repping a sentinel or 2 to push into a cap point.

hives up to 3 active with 4 hives total.. tho only 48 clusters where i could go get state for 72 clusters but im a minmatar fw loyalist.
damp can be switched for reactive.
flux nade is always useful!
useing adv shield extenders instead of proto to save on fitting but not much loss of ehp at 11ehp differances per extender (44 total) between adv/proto at L5 shield extender
six kin ACR for self defence. all in all probably the best fit i could do.
as for injector just realised i had JUST enough cpu left to squeese in a proto needle.
ps ill try to an assault for comparison.

Now, the WP indication does not always work, particularly for needles... I don't think I've seen the +60 pop up on the screen for needles in like 6 months, but you do still get the WP. i see the +60 any time i rez some one. as for repairs it seems more often then not i get 0 WP popping up on the screen or even gained when i check the board.
