Disarming REs without detonating, jamming equipment i.e. stopping the rep tool from healing. Equipment not functional for set period of time.

Example: You get fluxed and scouts lose active cloak, equipment can't be deployed, you cannot scan etc.
Maybe the only equipment available will be the nanite injector.

It makes sense that the Flux grenade damages all equipment caught in the wave.

Reason for this is to make it a dynamic grenade.

Maybe keep the Flux that destroys shields and make the new kind of Flux you are talking about, but doesn't hurt shields.

It would do great harm to the logi class I realize that scouts are your target, but you can't nerf other classes in order to nerf scouts it is the reason so many poor changes have been made to the scout class. They can't be nerfed until they are made side arm only until then they will be broken, op, or a bit of both.

The scenario I was going for is a repair tool + heavy walking in the room. You throw a flux and that rep tool is inoperable for a brief time.

Unlucky scout is in the wave range and it damages his cloak field.

That is what a flux nade should do, damaging all electronics. Yes, it can hurt the logi class, but the flux nade will be feared.
The nade works fine, but these are quick ideas that can work; hopefully not killing the game.

I sometimes use a rep-tool and I wouldn't mind the flux grenade being able to temporarily put it out of commission. It would make repping a lot more challenging and fun.

Disarming without detonating I agree withGǪ for everything else a new Grenade Flux work really well the way they are.
A new grenade and thus new content
would be great to avoid to Flux becoming the one grenade to rule them all.
EMP Grenade (Or maybe some Amarrian nameGǪ They need a Nade right?)
Knocks down X amount of Active time on Active equipment, scalable by tier
 Cloak
 Active Scanners
 Active Vehicle Modules

 Interrupts Reptool ?

 Inhibits
 Nanite Injector ?

As a side noteGǪ Make Sleeks have more bounceGǪ Let those suckers ricochet of walls and around corners
