I know a couple suits who could use the extra PG
Commandos, minmatar scout..min assault don't really need it but it could use some extra
and i know a couple suits that don't need more PG though too.
Could there just be some efficiency bonus to modules or equipment?

Dropsuit Upgrades should give something basic to be honest. 1% shield/armor HP per level for all dropsuits for example.
Core upgrades already give 1% cpu/pg, electronics & engineering gives a specialized version of that.
Dropsuit upgrades tie directly to shield and armor upgrades, so it logically make sense.
EVE: Legion, also known as: Schroedinger's Game, EVE: Limbo, or just "Not-a-game-yet".

I would agree with a 1% to shield/armour /lvl
or maybe 1% mod efficacy /lvl

I might already upgrade it to level 5.. running out of things to skill
Over 60+ Million SP and full proto in all Caldari Suits. No matter how hard CCP tries Dust just won't die on PS3/Xbox.
