Also the Bolt Pistol is OP because of AA auto tracking heads on the bolt pistol, so every second shot is a head shot while they are leaping through the air hip firing from 50m away, and it's headshot multiplier.

More like 36 at most with lvl 5 ammo capacity. You have basically described the sniper rifle but with a red dot optic instead of a scope..

(Pro tip: If you want a high power alpha shot Caldari weapon at long range, there's this thing called a sniper rifle). You have long since made your choice. What you make now is a mistake. If the enemy is far away he probably has plenty of shields to soak a pathetic 75 damage. It should just keep a standard damage deviation profile, other than that it sounds fun, but I think the devs should focus on balancing what's out already before adding more weapons.
