The trouble is, most things are balanced when squads are taken into account.
Two options:
1. Force all players to be in a squad (not necessarily working together). At least the green markers and possible comms could help.
2. Allow some kind of queue for a particular meta lobby. I.e., when you select game mode type, you can select to play at a particular meta tier, where you are matched with other self selected teir players. Gear choice is not affected, you could run militia in a max tier game. I think you would see more coordination in higher tier games. And maybe fewer veterans running into ill equipped solo players and new berries.

In beta players were auto squaded as they entered the war barge. Bringing this back would be one of the best things CCP could do for Dust at the moment.

Why are they ignoring this when it's brought up so many times by so many people ?

Agreed brother , agreed .
This is so needed .
Disclaimer : No offense to those who run in squads .
Solo only would just be a great enhancement to the game and would be instantly NPE friendly with the right mechanics involved .
They need to bring back the war barge as well .
So many mention it and request it to no avail .

If I don't have my personal friends available I generally create a squad and lock it.
With myself as the entire squad I have accomplished both views. I am squaded up but not with scrubs. And they cannot jump in my tank before I hit the gas.
My favorite tank is a Lightning. Just sayin.

It's more about the fact that is easy exploiting people's skills in a squad, especially during q sync. I FT ADS, solo play certainly means dramatic loss. A single squad usually means a decent profit. Two squads mean a stomp. The comms and coordination prevent enemy AV from being a threat, I terrorize and maim. TBH, when my squads hit a stacked team, it is an honor worthy fight, but that's rare--stomping is the norm.
I hate stomping. It's stupid and results in me not improving my game. I want to have PC quality matches. I want to roll with 16 of my homies and fight 16 others doing the same thing. Those games are close, intense, and generate laughter and GGs. In FW they are maybe 10% of the games. And Real PCs are late, slow, and simply beaucratic. (I think corporate battles would be at least an improvement)
But I want something. A filter for the good games.
