Saber, I know you've heard this a million times -- But I would like to see skills brought in for the Mini Ion Cannon. Like maybe a dispersion skill that lowers the Mini Ion's dispersion overtime & a skill that improves DMG -- Even if its a slight boost with proficiency. Or you could just give a tweak without the skills.
You guys did great with fixing it in one of the earlier patches & I say that because you could have only gone up from the point where it was. It still needs some TLC.
