Why do we have perma-scan back?
Why?
I'm not a scout.
Now everyone can see me. All the time.
Sure I can perma-scan back. But it makes for a **** game. |

Dampen. You can get below everything but the focuses active scanner, and that only lasts a few seconds and has quite the recharge delay.

If you're running proto, yea. You can get below just about everything with an assault or logi. Sure, you won't be running around with 1000eHP, but you can still get a fair amount while maintaining near invisibility from scanners. Now, if you're not willing to run higher meta levels, then yea, you're pretty much screwed.

get damping 5 and a basic damp to be undectable by anyone but iirc gal/amarr scout.. with an adv damp or pro damp your invisable to their scans too.. only thing is gal logi with focused scanner can scan most everything except full damped gal scout

Makes for a more enjoyable match to me. Less time trying to find someone to shoot at; either I can see where they are or they can see where I am. Except if they're using a basic scanner, my Gassault gets under them even without damps.
I'm surprised Maynard hasn't been assassinated yet.
