For less than 20K ISK per suit you get a way better suit with your quafe than with this APEX. The Apex still cost 10M Isk if you buy it with LP+ISK so in the end you save much more money with a Quafe BPO than APEX and have a better efficacy IG.
What are you crying about?
Take out all forms of scans and you'll see how great Dust can be.

hmm dont think ill be able to fit an advanced hmg to a apex sentinal i sure as hell can with min quafe sentinal. oh yes and then theres the fact it was almost 3x cheaper.
