Spend $20-$30 and just buy a ton of passive and active boosters, and maybe a couple suits/modules.
I personally wouldn't spend $100 on this game, at least not all at once.

Arguably, fit well, the Quafe suits are going to do very well against the pre-fit Apex suits.
Quafe was primarily sold as visual candy anyways. Though I do use them in combat regularly.

I can fit a std suit for around 15-20k isk better then the apex suits are fitted
