They are indeed editable therefore with that insane 999 CPU 99 PG means you can indeed make God fits also in the featured promotions tab there is a dev post with the items of each featured fit on it so you could you add the suits in there as I'd like to see what I'm getting before I buy it.

Also, nobody told Rattati (lead dev on dust now?) how the SP payouts worked, and how boosters affected them? I mean it is comical sometimes. Their just flying by the seat of their pants in the development of this game. Things get rushed, they don't get double-checked, but ironically everything also takes ages, with a methodical reliance on numbers and data. Oversight? Sytematic process development? The slow blade penetrates the shield.

If that's the case, they should immediately update the PG/CPU to the minimum required for each STD fit to mitigate the damage until they can patch the client. You would still be able to fit better mods if you had good skills, but at least you couldn't make game-breaking fits. Best PvE idea ever!
