I am hoping something like 6.5 for assaults that is (other armor tanker ak.) 2.0 hp/s + (2 slots) 5hp/s = 7hp/s each class had the equivalent of 1 slot and with our bonus added to them they all have a bonus of 1.5-2 slots which is the reason for 6.5.

What are you talking about with a 1.5 slot advantage?
The Amarr Assault (the obvious comparison here) has 38(?) more EHP. That a little over Gàô of a Basic Armor Plate. And we sacrifice speed to get that.
It stands to reason then, that the Galassault should have the advantage of a little over Gàô of a Basic Armor Repairer over the other Assaults. About 1 hp/s.

Doesn't it make things more balanced though? After all, every class also has armor, shields and regen too... Now the suit bonuses are normalized.
EDIT: If Gal had 6.5 base regen a second it would seriously need to lose a high slot to compensate. This is speaking as someone who has Gal Ass, Commando and Sent.

I think its funny to say base armor reps should be a Gallente only trait.
That's like saying Armor should be an Amarr only trait. Or shields a Caldari only trait. Or movement speed a Minmatar only trait.
Sure, you can get the best in class for it, but having it as a Gallente only thing was a mistake from the word "go".
I'm actually surprised they didn't add passive reps to everyone a long time ago. Its seems logical to me considering everyone has base shield reps.

It is much better for everyone to have reps I am not saying it was a bad choice I am saying that .5 over those that enjoy real bonuses is absurd.

Oh, for that I certainly agree. Currently I'd like all Gal reps to increase by another .5 or 1 point, personally.

Rep times full recovery 118.5 sec cal at base gal at base 128 - 97 at 3.5 - 60 at 6.5 now this is a little misleading because when you consider hps, what can be achieved with mods, and in combat utility it falls way short. I will agree that 6.5 may be a little to high I wish there was a way I could calculate uptimes, but there are to many variables.
