You respecced, didn't you?
Change your fittings so that it does not include items you do not have the skills to use. You fittings won't be red so be sure to look through carefully.

Well, that is the end of my fixes.
Other than deleting and reinstalling but maybe it is best to wait a bit. Sorry that I could not have been of more use. :'(
