I know people have complained about this before and I am going to continue this complaint. The teams in this game need to be balanced out. Figure out a way to determine a players skill level and balance out the teams based on that.
All day I have been getting slaughtered (slight exaggeration but I sure as hell have not been winning any matches) and my teammates seem to be way too ******** to play this game. I am dumbfounded at some of the **** I have seen from my teammates.
Understand that there is a difference between a person losing some matches because of the simple nature of competition and losing matches because you are unfairly teamed up with a bunch of idiots.

Blueberries will be blueberries.
This is one reason I avoid going into a battle solo. There is an advantage (or should be) to being part of a full squad. You have at least SOME control (6/16) over the quality of your teammates just by selection, but you also have influence over their performance via in-battle communication.
Except in q-sync and PC's, blueberries are not really TEAMmates, are they? They are just (at best) helpful yet unpredictable parts of the environment. I think this is what drives some experienced players to "grief"ing behaviors. They see enough stupid stuff from nameless, voiceless blueberries and they start thinking of them as just part of the landscape that needs to be removed when it blocks THEIR view. This nihilistic outlook begins to creep into their play style at every level, producing a self-fulfilling prophesy through discouraging rookies from sticking with Dust only to be replaced by more inexperienced noobs.
Don't become a griefer that scares off newberries. Form or join squads and teach and learn. 
FPS = First Person Support. Kills win battles but it's kinda hard to kill if you're dead and out of ammo.

6 v 16 is becoming a bit of an epidemic?! It's like if you aren't q syncing you will fall pray to whatever they send your way smh?! It seems as soon as the matchmaker sees a squad of us it automatically fills our team with the most recent academy graduates so we can carry the **** out of them?! Meanwhile the opposite team will have a q sync going with lIke one or two blueberries at the most.
I don't wanna spend all day doing only 10 matchespecially because I spent the bulk of my time trying to q sync?! If I take a four man squad into battle can you give us atleast another 4 man squad?
I think CCP should really start making basic tutorIal videos for different roles. Just so the newbies get the jist of what they should be trying to do. As it stands most quit after realizing how hard this game can be?! The ones that don't cost us match after match as they can't even figure out how to cover their teammate?!
I've even resorted to screaming in the team chat praying atleast one hears me smh?!

e: Just realized this wasn't GD. My bad. In any event you'll never get matchmaking working without enough players actually being made into matches.

I don't know that this solves anything. I've been in some pretty horrible squads, and if I was matched up against tougher opponants for it, then I would play solo much more often.
If this game was fun, I wouldn't be playing it.
