Dual tanking is bad in the long run, since you lack good regen on either side. Recharger running only 1 regulator is too long for a delay and regen, and 11 armor rep is too small for your armor. Lets say you lose shields and are down to 200 armor. It will take you 17.8 seconds to fully regen armor and shields (Shields only finish at 16.4s) Try this: 3x Complex Shield Extenders 1x Complex Shield Energizer Boundless Specialist CR Core Flaylock K-17/R Nanohives 1x Complex Reactive (For bonus armor rep) 2x Complex Shield Regulators 1x Complex Kinetic Catalyzer Stats: 465 Shields 303 Armor 5 Rep a second 44 shield recharge a second 2.46 delay 4.01 depleted Sprints at 8.77 Same amount of damage: Roughly 600 Shields are gone, I'm at 168 armor. Shields are back up in 13 seconds. Armor will take longer to catch up (27 seconds, but I'm fast with a shield tank. Avoiding breaking shields should not be a problem.), but you also have a rep hive if things get really hairy (Adds +20 armor rep a second for when you NEED to get your health back up) If you have the skills to run this fit, GO FOR IT. I'm able to run about 380 armor with this setup in the lows All complex: Shield regulator armor plate profile damp armor repair In my experience you never want to dual tank without also giving yourself dual regen. The profile damp let's you hide behind a wall and be invisible to your enemy 10 meters away while you regen...so if you don't run a profile damp I would advise running another complex repair and swapping out that ferroscale for a normal plate to make up the hp. Also you're gimping yourself by using two projectile damage weapons. Yeah the min assault bonus gives you increased clip size but honestly you'd be better off with something with more alpha like a bolt or scrambler pistol to be able to rip through shields before you close in on them with the ACR And even then I'd drop the sidearm to advanced at that point. Then again I run a mass driver or shotgun on my min assault. No damage mods. 470/380 dampened with 7.4 sprint on my proto. I also have a regen tank fit with less shields using two energizers but I don't remember the stats. If I were you I'd skip the regulator on your fit and go for damage output, tank, and speed for an ACR build...but that's the beauty of the minmatar assault, it can literally do anything. 7162 wp with a Repair Tool! Biotics are garbage on assaults for 75% of the time due to the ridiculous insanely high fitting requirements, damps are fine though. I doubt you'll ever see any Biotics on a Amarrian or Caldari suit, and pretty rare on Gall as well. Damps though, pretty sexy things sticking aC-Damp on an assault given the latest meta and mechanics of the game. "You see those red dots over there? Add in a gauged nano and I can run and gun for as long as I need to along with picking up most of what I need to on the radar. Though scouts will forever be my worst enemy. It won't dodge proto but it'll get you under advanced scans in pubs and it's always funny when some scrub scout runs right passed you.

Jack McReady DUST University Ivy League 1615	Posted - 2014.11.10 20:58:00 - [21] - Quote to all the needle and armor haters, this fit is not for selfish solo work. a kincat is great but running away from your teams logi is not. the armor also synergises with a remote reps. and the needle is there to revive your logi (which ironically has ammo for me) because well, someone has to revive the logi too. beside that, having a healthy armor buffer is a good way to not get one shot by a shotgun hit into the head or be suddenly with your pants down when a cooked flux is flying into your face.
