it still happens seems "Mythtanker" from Fatal Absolution dosnt like me.
CCP needs to do something about people awoxing just to be a D***
maybe add a Punish/forgive option if you get friendly fired and if you choose punish they die and cannot be rezzed so they have to lose a suit.

You got in the way, and died by accident. That isn't Awoxing. Hell, I blew up Sinboto Simmons by accident as well (And Skeletor so that I could kill Iron Wolf Saber)
Awoxing is basically if he follows you around all match and goes out of his way to kill you. Which he wasn't.

i didnt get in the way at all. you guys had just MDed a sentinel, i repped you guys up, mythtanker then decided to hit me with his MD while there were no hostiles around, then i dropped a rep-hive he proceeded to pop that, i dropped another one, he popped that.. he looked at me then proceeded to finish me off with a MD round to the face, i was not in the LOS of the stairs at point A, i was not in his direct line of fire.. he was just being an douche casue he thinks hes soo good being in an elitist corp.
it takes some level of commitment to kill a bricked protosuit with an MD, so unless he pays me for the suit i lost because of his direct attack im just gonna have to stay mad.
and awoxing is the direct aggression of a friendly be it one time or throughout the entire match

I was on comms with him the entire time. It wasn't odd that match to hear an "Oh sh*t" from teamkilling by accident. Believe me, if someone in FA was trying to troll you, all of our comms would have heard it. I heard NOTHING, which probably means that you were killed by accident, and that you are making this up. It's your word against his, and I'm gonna trust his word every time. Not unless you give me some hard proof. If ISK is that much of a concern for you, I can offer you this: NEVER RUN SUITS YOU CAN'T AFFORD TO LOSE If that's still not enough, I can give you like 300k for the suit. Thankfully, this elitist corp pays really well.
a mail or something wouldn't have gone a miss even a simple "sry bro" would have sufficed, or even stuck me with a needle.. but i say again it was on purpose as he took the time to pop my rep-hives and then me. logi have it hard enough as it is with being yellow targets which have higher expenses then most other suits with out friendlys also killing me.

im a logi, i have a homeing beacon for the backs of sentinels with my reptool.. only a true fool would go infront of a sentinel.
and btw there was no hostiles around when mythtanker purposly killed me for no reason other then to be a ****

firstly i was dropping hives but you purposly kept popping them and once you had popepd both of them you turned, looked at me longingly and blapped my remaining armor down from like 150 shields and 400 armor till i was dead.. so yes it was malicious and on purpose, had it acutally been an accident you would not have popped both my hives and then took it upon yourself to fire upon me with 2 direct hits, there was no hostiles around at the time either after your group has gibbed that sentinel and nearly killed yourselves.

well it was on purpose he looked at me for easly 3 seconds before deciding to finish me with 2 shots, i even tried to avoid the second one too but he turned to shoot at me anyway, and this was after he took the liberty to pop the hives i threw down to even try resupply them and their MDs too.

Also True Adamance I've seen Kirk and Cuse squads go into FW organised and explosives, vehicle, hmgs, etc and very rarely get tks and even then we reimbuse. Even though they do work they do be mindful of others around them we finish the job with no rage, revenge, or any of the bs other corps/squads go through.. which is funny.. a bunch of people that just have a common goal can do things better than a corp that are suppose to be more "organized" and pc ready.
Stop acting like you own the field/game/whatever and those that get in your way aren't anything but trash.. we do have mercs like the OP that was just doing his job and a player was being a ****.. Yeah we rarely get TK's in our FW sync's however I'm not discounting that accidents happen and of course since its usually poor John Demonsbane who cops its offer to reimburse him as well (my sincere apologies John..... I'm a poor infantryman). You simply take a risk entering lines of fire, this is something you must accept as an FW player that you may because of your actions be struck down by another player either who is squadded with you or who is firing on and enemy you too as engaging. If it's an accident I understand but the OP got purposely blown to **** I think he should be reimbursed xD That's then a matter of conscience for the player who killed him, not something he is entitled to. Personally being a member of PCLAS I have no desire or intent to engage allied militia members for any reason and moreover its one of PIE Inc's many rules that we do not engage neutral or allied pilots unless they have shown clear intent to do us harm. I can't condone friendly killing on purpose, there is no value in that. It does not win friends, it does not help win the match, and if anything it only serves to affirm the belief that its okay to do so. However every FW play must be aware for friendly fire to reduce the risk of their own deaths as a result of accidental fire as well as from targeted griefing. When it comes to griefing I just have a high tolerance for it.....comes from too many hours in the souls series.....
i am a logi, i know how to stay away from the barrels of guns, i even only use flux nades so i do not casue unintentional TKs, i once caused a tk by mistake which i promptly rectified, and i have been awoxed a total of 3 times.. 2 by some scrubs at the end of a match and 1 by myth.. i would have thought intentional TKs were something only trolls did.. but i guess even "elite" corps have problems with personal issues, trolling, vendettas, butthurt and trigger discipline..
anyway see you in battle adamance.
