Have to say, as much as I was incredibly angry with Rouge after FanFest, what he has instituted for Dust since then has been the healthiest decision they ever made. Putting Rattati in charge (no matter how much he apparently dislikes vehicles) has made this game the best it's ever been.
Good questions Draxus, good to see CCP talking.

On a sidenote I thought it would be cool to have a dev spotlight on CCP Rattati, charting where/what he studied and worked on before dust 514, also what he thinks makes him such a successful and likeable developer

So "theoretically" there is a chance we might get a new game mode. If we do, I certainly hope it's not something as generic as a deathmatch or a capture the flag, none of which fit lore anyway. CTF could fit lore if the flag was instead some kind of valuable item being retrieved for an employer, but deathmatch would never make sense because it would imply like 24 or 32 different employers each hire only a single mercenary instead of a team to fight over a territory for them. It would make sense for a gladiator entertainment battle though.
If we do end up getting a new game mode, I hope it's an attack an defend mode with multiple stages similar to the original Skirmish 1.0, but it will probably be something lame... I suppose deathmaches are fun though.

I'd loved to ask what's it like setting out to work on pc and find in yourselves with a successful console game.
Over 60+ Million SP and full proto in all Caldari Suits. No matter how hard CCP tries Dust just won't die on PS3/Xbox.
