And I've realised the truth of it through some bitter experiences - ideally ccp would program a few new death animations for the LR - sliced up mercs litter the battlefield! Wazer Wifle pwns even in CQC, it munches their shields in like 1/2 a second - then you just switch to SMG and wreck them. Went 17/0 in an ambush yesterday with the ELM-7 and was absolutely loving it, even though I feel like a **** using Amarr scum weaponry - that thing is a beast.
