Same. I got Scan Attempt Prevented while wearing my Gallente Logi without any Dampeners at all today. That was odd. Has CCP added Militia Active Scanners without me knowing? (Has Dampening at 5)

Just imagine the guy doing the scanning "Better watch out, there's a scout around here" then BAM a Gal Assault pops out of nowhere and kicks him in the d!ck like an angry midget with really long legs...... All i know is i jumped over a railing, saw a guy swinging a scanner in front of me, and i knifed him. Not even a "Scan attempt prevented" showed up, i was just either seeing him as he swung it sideways, or that i managed to get over the vertical axis(?) Imagine the horror of someone who presses R1 on a scanner only to IMMEDIATELY have someone airborne flying towards them ready to melee/knife them.
