Being good at Video Games does not mean being good at not being autistic in real life
EVE Online is what you get when engineers attempt to create "fun" without consulting someone who comprehends the word.

Clearly you nerds fail to comprehend the majesty of the swarm.

I often find myself wondering why Autism has become a way to insult people for being X or doing Y.
"This is B.S! This is B.S! I paid money! Cash money, dollars money, cash money!"

Because it denotes repetitive behavior and procedural thinking that doesn't allow for alteration, disagreement or innovation.
Also very likely because the behaviors are disturbing and not funny.
Autism is anything but funny, and gamers are creepy in their ability to mimic the disability in the worst possible ways without the redeeming moments actual autistic people show that remind you that yes, you are still dealing with a human being.

I usually see comparisons to sociopaths as more common... but maybe it's just where I look.

As a person with an Autistic brother, I find this thread offensive.(not really i could care less)
My brother does nothing but watch Youtube on speaker wiring and car modifications, and seems to only like a song if it has bass, but by god he can give you the 101 on setting **** up.
Aside from that though, i could give you a very long and most likely bitchy post about the multitude of things he either refuses to do, or can't even do right if you taught him for 3 hours.
edit: also Killar, i too found socio/psychopathy to be a usual throwaround insult, but then again insults are all about shock factor- use Psychopath after a while people get used to it, so you find a worse-er word to call them, just to get that *hands on cheeks* :O 0.0 zOMG.

Honestly I've seen goons act in far more decent and respectable manners far more frequently than your "HA HA I GOT UR DROPSHIP NERFED" witchhunt posts. Goons may not always be paragons of society, but I still think they set the bar higher than you do.
