Because I don't have an augmentation currently activated, I have an orange alert notification circle pinned to CHARACTER in the menu screen. Presently I am considering spending my money on BPOs rather than boosters, therefore I will be a while without an active booster. I would prefer not having the resulting orange icon permanently affixed to my menu as a result of my preference.
Annoying orange circle annoys. Please remove.

I had the same problem.
I kept going in and mashing buttons to see if I could make it go away. It wouldn't.
Out damned red spot!!! Out I say!
