It's just, it's not really hard to make Dust levels of isk in Eve. Especially if you've played Eve for a long time. It's more you're buying Eve isk with Dust isk and vice versa. This isn't exactly a scam, but it just skirts the area of legality... use at your own risk. Append: You're also supporting Goon's efforts in Dust using his service, so there's that thorn right there. Again, you're not exchanging isk, you're buying it!

Please educate yourself because what I do is exactly a currency exchange: http://www.investopedia.com/terms/c/currency-exchange.asp It's unfortunate that CCP hasn't bothered to put in their own exchange because when exchanges are done by players no ISK is destroyed; however, if CCP implemented their own exchange with a heavy tax in both directions they would actually create quite an effective ISK sink. Unfortunately the support on the Eve side of the developer line is thin at best and downright hostile to our little game at worst.
