 NO, IT'S NOT A THREAD ON DELETED HOTFIX BALANCE.
 
 While i agree that RR should be brought back to how it was 3 days ago, BP seem fine now (damage is still to high for a pistol)
 
 Let me explain, RR and BP have a charge time, according to my experience that charge time put on every shot a delay, basically you have to predict your opponent move and shoot a little off-target to have the best hit reg possible (if the target is moving obviously).
 
 RR have 42 shots in its clip, waste some of them is not a problem generally.
 BP have 4 shots in its clip, waste some of them is a disaster.
 
 Bullet magnetism seem to not be in the game anymore, so shoot with BP to moving targets has become more difficult (due to the delay effect) and even with 1.9 ROF, you have to use predictive aim, if you bring back hotfix balance ROF, we'll have to shoot completely off-target to hit them.
 
 Please, keep current BP rate of fire and just decrease the damage a little.

 Bullet magnetism is still a thing. I have gotten headshots that had no right to even be hits.

 damage per clip is nominal and its a slow ROF so BP as it is now is fine but RR still needs the cqb nerf as CR and moreso AR are the CQB weapons

 please don't ruin my 1.9 high. you guys are insistent on making a pub weapon an even more gimped product.
