Playing a frisbee scout, even without cloak is amazing. 
I can't wait until I get the scout to five with all the bonuses.
By the way, I have informed the goons that Bombscouts are the way to play have fun and terrorize people.

RE scouts, or RE's in general, aren't actually very entertaining. They're effective, yes, but the fun factor is exceptionally small when using them... Melee, on the other hand...~

You misunderstand, good sir.
it is the effect on OTHER PEOPLE that makes them entertaining

I hate to break it to you, but the only effect you'll get is the occasional cry on the forums for a nerf.  People don't send rage mail too often anymore, even for RE's... unless you can find that one, the perfect rager~ I have yet to do so.
