It was earned playing 100% solo. I never squad. I have never played PC.

Lets put it this way, you could earn this much isk every single day for another 8 months and still not touch a LOT of the wallets made rich from farming.
Most of those people with that amount of ISK no longer play this game and have quit.
Maybe there is a reason to fix this bug quick.

No, No they do not...
Where is all the ISK that's been farmed from PC back from the days of passive ISK? Most of it is locked up in accounts that are no longer active, because they got all this ISK and had nothing else to do in this game really so they quit....

Do you have a counting tally of these billionaires who still play this game after they farmed ISK turning the Passive ISK farming era?
Most of the original EON, Teamplayers, Ancients Exiles, Nyian San members are gone and inactive.
Show me the list of all the ISK billionaires who still get on dust every single day and having a field day. most of them have quit because they have nothing else to accomplish in this game and it has become a bore.
And you don't need billions of ISK to proto stomp you can do it with 10mil ISK and a decent squad that has PC experience.

I'll just say that you have to become creative when ISK is no longer a problem. You have more ISK than me, but I have 0 ISK problems and now I search for a way to pass the time of Dust 514. My issue with it is this: Either it is a problem if people have effectively infinite isk or not. So either the problem already exists without taking the payouts into consideration, or the problem doesn't exist and who cares. Like I said, I prefer a level-ish playing field. I would gladly have all of my assets/isk taken away right now if it meant that woudl happen game-wide, so that everyone would feel the loss of a protosuit. Unfortunately that isn't how it is in dust. a LARGE number of players (like myself) can loose proto for months and not even feel the strain. The changed payouts just make it so everyone is the same there. In a game with no end-goal and no market I think that sounds about right. The situation without the large payouts? Same people who exploited game mechanics months ago will never have to owrry about loss, while they can inflict major loss on others. Doesn't sound like a fun game for the people on the short end of that stick.
The concept of it's broken for some people so lets just break it for everyone is just insane on the face of it. Why not do something rational like improve instead of break down and send into anarchy.

That is a list of ~ 100 people, out of the THOUSANDS who participated in PC over the last 2 years (at least a year of which was just farmville in space). We are talking well over 3 trillion isk in farm money alone here. My proof? Just scroll through the forums, not a day goes by when people aren't complaining about non-stop proto stomping, or of people bragging about billions in the bank. Play the game at any given time, the same people who were in AE/Teamplayers/Nyan San are still playing just in different corps like 1 u.p. or whatever. They can still easily loose 1+ million isk per game and think nothing of it. Point being, right now Dust is more competitive than it has been in a long time. Everyone is running top gear, not just the boys club.
Yes but not every single member in those corps got billions of ISK handed out to them on a daily basis, most of the ISK stayed with the directors. The directors and the CEO's are now inactive and have the ISK locked up on there accounts. Not every single member in these corps came out a billionaire most were lucky to profit by a few 100mil before it was all over. Now they have enough to keep the game interesting still.

Out of the top 6 corps at the time of ISK farming when this picture was taken only 1 of them still remain and are active, although as i hear most of nyain san's former leadership that was playing during that time no longer plays this game.
These corps don't fall apart just cuz there members left, many of them feel apart because there leadership with billions of ISK beat the game and lost interest and will to lead the corp because there was not much more for them to do. There members did profit but only a few lucky ones made off with billions of ISK from this that are still active most only gained small profits compared to others.
Your asking me for numbers, well here is another post with them. I would like to seem some from you.
