I like everything that seems to be going on with 2 exceptions.
All assault class race variants should have the same bonus as minmatar assault. Larger clip sizes based on racial weaponry
Shields need a touch more resistance.

Heat essentially is an extended magazine for the Amarr guns. I like it!

A larger magazine is literally useless for both the ScR and the Laser Rifle.
You always reload/overheat both of those weapons before the mag runs dry. Always.
It would only be a little usefull for the ScP... Only 2-3 more rounds.

no. gal should get damage or rof to ALL hybrids
caldari should get range bonuses or recoil to all hybrids.
amarr and min stay the same.
then the tank bonus.
gal get repairer bonus.
cal gets regulator bonus
amarr gets plate hp bonus
not sure what to give min, lower armor movement penaltys and lower energizer/extender penalties. or maybe higher movement speed.
role bonus could go kincats just like heavy assault cruisers in eve with the microwarpdrive.
Don't vote for iron wolf saber.
Vote for someone who will help the community i.e. anyone else.
