changed out my amarr logi for my old gal logi, changed out my cal scout for min mando, kept my gal scout, changed out my gal sent for a min, and specced min logi. i'll nab cal assault with this weeks cap.

took out about 8 mill in vehicle skills and put them into weapons.

maxxed out ar's, cr's, and md's specced out of forges and maxxed out swarms (maxxed meaning reload 5, proficiency 5, ammo capacity 5, optimization 3-4) put quite a bit but not max into HMG (prof 4 and optimization 3) and the rest pretty much stayed the same.

All in all I enjoyed the respec..saved me quite a bit of time compared to speccing 4 suits over the ones I used to own.

Anyone else respec? Or are most people just using the new booster/cap to obtain there new shinies?

meh you know OH and FA are major fotm chasers.

I honestly probably won't ever get the Gal logi because I probably won't get a respec and the gal logi is sitting somewhere near the bottom of my list of suits. I am such a Fotm chaser skilling into an assault suit during Cal/Gal scout 514 and skilling into tanks before CCP took the skill out of them.

How can you expect me not to use scanners when everyone else is hell the only reason I am skilling into heavy is because I know it's going to be spammed and more heavy spam is the only counter heavy spam saying you won't counter heavy spam by swapping to a heavy would be a lie. So I am doing what most will do fight fire with fire and I will be mostly running a scanner on my Assault which receives no bonus to scans which is entirely counterable.

I was a gal logi from 1.0 onwards until the respec in 1.8

I specced out of the cal logi fotm at the time and used it despite it being super UP until the plates came out later.

I just missed my old suit is all. I had amarr scout before today (used it last night in PC in fact) but it just isn't the same suit.

Appia is correct the amarr had the better scan...and passively.

But then again you get a **** ton less equips and HP in exchange.

And trying to insult me for using scanner pre 1.7 is lol.

Everyone used them...soul and all the rest spammed them the same.

About the only new FOTM i specced i guess would be min logi?

I already had gal scout, and I guess min mando became the fotm as well?? Jesus almost feels like everything is fotm now.

And btw...that's some pot callign the kettle black considering schiffer definitely picked up the scout suit just like the rest.

Really just shows stupidity when you don't know that armor sents, not min are the fotm.

That min logi's are no more fotm than min assaults.

gal logi's suck compared to passive scans....and i specced OUT of amarr scout. rofl.

until passive scans are nerfed I don't know why scanners would make a significant impact on the meta.

But at least in the old days it just took 2 damps to get under all but the focused scanner for medium frames.

I don't think I'm going to tank until CCP releases the Amarr HAV.
