i see gallente have the 3hp/s on their scout but i see 0hp/s for the other 3 suits, im quite sure i saw that they were supposed to have some repair amounts too..
can anyone confirm or deny this? as im quite sure i read the spread sheets numbers correctly

yeah i just finally got when he said.. so i guess RR is king again till they reapply the patch they did before 1.9
