Honestly its good prize, it will push people to think before put SPs somewhere and 40euro/bucks is good against abusing of respecs aswell

You make it sound as if there is a generally agreed upon definition on what pay-to-win means, while in reality if you search for the term you get a wide range of "pseudo" definitions, which are mere opinions of the person that wrote the definition.
As example my definition is this: "pay-to-win" means that you can spend real world money to achieve your game goals faster, whatever those goals may be. |

That's not too bad. Although between this, the market vendor and my one Quate suit I could have bought Dark Souls 2.
It's a good thing I'm still not tired of the first Dark Souls, or even Demon's Souls for that matter(come fight me in 4-1 sometime, I'll kick yer ass with my blessed claymore).
