Spawned into a match with an AFK guy who had a spinning bot enabled. So I gradually pushed him(her?) out the MCC. Belly flopped onto the floor. 
I just administered my own brand of vigilante justice.
I'm the Taco lover this game deserves, but not the one it needs.

I would say it is less of a bot and more of a PS3 controller flipped upside down or something jammed in the side to constantly spin.

I would've loved to see that from the overview map (Yes, you can look inside the MCC in overview map and see the little mercs in their little dropsuits.)

I did something similar, but not really.
I was in my gunni refueling my missiles, when I saw a viper sitting in the back of the map. I drove up to him planning to push him into the redline, but to my surprise, he exploded a split second after my front bumper touched him. I'm surprised I didn't get any mail lol.

I used to do this all the time too, I had one AFKer so mad, I pushed him from the MCC, Then he respawned on the ground and I nudged him allllll the way into the redline. Technically I was AFKing myself to even do this but....hate mail.

I had dropped a tank on the North end of Line Harvest. I checked the map and moved over the hill to come out on the D garage complex. And there was a AFK spinning in the road, you know where - behind the lorries.
Now, I'll admit a certain weakness here. Gladly even, cause I nudged my Maddy ever close and pushed the AFK Blue Belle nearly to Charlie before he noticed. Next game he and his buddies came after me in a LAV, which I crushed - on accident.
My favorite tank is a Lightning. Just sayin.

Yeah just turn the PS3 controller upside down, invert the joysticks and weigh it down with a pillow or something. Rubber band works but it pulls the joystick out of the socket a little bit.
And to avoid guys like the OP, make sure you start out in the corner of the MCC.
