Now i would humbly request for you to make the Scr Rifle a decent weapon again. Even the GLU-5 owns more butt than it...
The best Damage mod is a HEADSHOT....

Always found it odd that a knockoff copy of a race's weapon could be better than the original weapon itself, kinda defeating the point of every race having a specialisation in the first place.
If you're gonna do that why not just make all the rifles cost the same, it's not like there's a reason to use your weaker racial weapon over a weapon that's just as good or better, like the ACR-CR for example.

The BAR doesnt have the Range that a RR has. Its a Close quarters version of a RR. Therefor it has more damage and better hipfire, but lacks a good sight and range.
Its not better , its just repurposed for a different end.
IMO at least.
I still use RR's on more open maps because of the obvious advantage it has over other weapons at longer ranges.
I think the BAR and the RR are balanced with each other. the RR still has the advantage of being cheaper at proto level XD.
Now if you are talking about SCR vs TAC AR, yeah, the Duvolle AR is beast now and the SCR rifle struggles to drop 500HP scouts...
I do agree all rifles should cost the same thou Simmons :3

They fixed the scram rifle actually man. Its actually a little bit better than before the nerf. Can get a couple more shots off before overheat :D

If you are saying what I think you are saying, all the AR variants came before any other racial weapons so your logic doesn't make sense - the racial variants are the knockoffs.
