Does " passive boosters can be applied on all three characters" mean arum boosters or the normal one that costs nothing? and can they be stacked?

From the wording, it sounds like we can select a Passive Booster to assign to any character we want, which is nice. (Before you had to switch to that character, purchase it, activate it, and switch back. This saves time and hassle.)
As for the Passive SP on the character select screen, it's not a "booster" since a booster is something bought on the marketplace for Aurum and then applied to the character. I could see how you would consider it a "booster" of sorts, but it's not quite.
Since I'm bad with naming and terminology, I think someone could come up with a better name than "The-Passive-SP-That-You-Can-Assign-To-Your-Character-At-The-Login-Screen"...

do you mean the free booster way back when from signing up for the newsletter? or when you log in and it talks about the passive sp you accumulated while you were offline?
