it needs to be done as KDR does not reflect actual skill+teamwork and most people overlook WP gain per match.
with Mu added itll be no more different then the KDR epeen jousters except Mu will be a more accurate representation of a players skill+contribution to the fight.
having Mu or Mu+SP as an entry bar for corp recruitment instead would be more Viable then KDR or KDR+SP (yes saxon KDR recruitment is bad and you should feel bad ;p) as we all have bad days when we just suck or havnt warmed up and our KDR takes a hit.. or these are our mains and we sucked hard in the beginning(like every one did vs the vets/protobears) but we are getting good now but our KDR may suck yet the work taken to fix it would be too much.
TL;DR
-Add Mu to character sheet
-alot of positives from adding it
-no real negatives (except epeen jousting, but we get that with KDR anyway)

the only stats that mean anything in this game are:
- lifetime WP
- lifetime kills
all other numbers are just generated due to proto stomping

While I agree kd/d isn't everything. Lifetime kills and wp only really shows who has been playing longer.

wrong, lifetime kills can easly be boosted by protostomping or HAV/ADS whoreing.
lifetime WP same as above but throw in a few uplinks before you switch to protosuit.
this is why i believe Mu will be a better gauge of a player..
even in squad finder you could be like "LF Mu 140+" you cannot be like "LF lifetime kills/WP...blahblahblah"

I have to say that squadding up with players with higher mu's just sucks now. The majority of higher-mu enemy players are not venerable. Just cheap scrubs in Sentinels, Scouts, ADS, and STD Tanks (blaster on Gunnlogi, ho!)
FW seems more even. Can't wait for 1.9 so I can forever dump pubs.

Which is why I only play the fame for PC and FW.
CCP holds the Caldari's hand so this doesn't happen again.
