Don't vote for iron wolf saber. Vote for someone who will help the community i.e. anyone else.

It means to be able to rework or remap your character at some point. I believe it originally came from World of Warcraft where your spec (specialization) first really showed up. There is going to be an Aurum item in 1.9 that will allow you to respec your character. You will get back all your SP but only be refunded 80% ISK value for your skill books. This means that you will likely end up losing a few million ISK for doing a respec. "This is B.S! This is B.S! I paid money! Cash money, dollars money, cash money!"
