1. Once upon a time we actually saw placeholder stats for Pilot suits and infantry had a heart attack and that was that
2. Pilot suits - Needed for operating HAVs/DS but not LAVs due to no roof 2a. Scout type suit we already know, Low HP suit, Sidearm only, Racial skill bonus for each race, general bonus for all races, has to be a bonus that will affect all vehicles 2b. Possibly special mods for the suit that help enhance the vehicles ie CPU mod that diverts some CPU to the vehicle, or a mod that reduces heat build up for rails, ideas? 2c. Would they stack with other pilot suits? Incentive to run crews?
3. Basically pilots are missing out on a suit that will enhance there role more and remember more SP to sink |

They are going to be introduced when all vehicle modules are beeing nerfbatted at the same time. So using a pilot suit wont give you any benefit more like not using a pilot suit will have massive drawbacks. Basically you will have the same vehicle effect as we have now but you will need the suit to be at the same lvl of efficency. Same happend to equipments when specific logi bonuses came out. nanohives, repair tools, uplinks and scanners have beeing nerfbatted in the same turn. So ill ask you if you really want a pilot suit.

1. With logi each race has a piece of equipment for that race, for vehicles it doesnt really exist
2. Vehicles do not have parity yet either
3. Also the amount of modules that vehicles have had in the past is fairly vast and to nerf all of it for 4 suits would be very hard to do without screwing up alot of mods |

Like for a example:
Caldari= shield boosters/extenders gallente= armor repairs/plates minmatarr= propulsion modules and shield hardeners amarr= armor hardeners and turret damage mods
This is by no means a accurate thing but every module would be nerbatted and you had to choose at which you wanted to be good at again. But i doubt it that they are going to be implemented but regardless you should be carefull what you wish for.

1. The problem with nerf batting everything every other vehicle would be worse off 1a. So Minmatar HAV - Propulsion mods get nerfed but it also is a shield tank yet the shield modules would be worse off as standard because they should work with the caldari HAV
2. The difference between the logi and vehicles is quite big 2a. The vehicle is like a dropsuit due to the amount of SP it takes to complete it and even fit it out 2b. The vehicle is also not equipment, it is unique to you, built for you for a certain reason and takes millions of SP in both the hull, modules and turrets and core skills so make it better, essentially another dropsuit 2c. These nerfs would effect every single vehicle and not just a piece of equipment, i can equip K2 hives on an amarr assault suit and they will do well, granted they do better on cal logi but they do not effect the defence of the suit or its offensive capabilitys

pilot suits serve no purpose within the game ergo they were never implemented. just a half thought up idea. like mavs, mtacs, drones, and all the other stuff.

1. Pilot suits help enhance vehicles and give a clear and defined role for pilots, with a pilot suit you are better off in your vehicle instead of taking a heavy with a HMG which is what i use
2. Why should other roles have a suit that help enhance there weapon or equipment or playstyles but pilots should not? |
