Thing is practically a fully automatic Scrambler Rifle anyway with how much damage it does. And it saves me some PG/CPU so I can use militia mods, which puts my suit cost under 10k. Why reduce my overheat, when I can just not overheat at all? Swag-suit4lyfe!

There is literally no reason for a Caldari Assault to stick with the RR over any other weapon outside of personal preference for that weapon. Personally, I think the Cal Assault + any weapon you're good at = a good combination with the exception of the laser rifle and scrambler rifle, which are so good with an Amarr Assault that there's no reason not to go laser + amarr.
