I was looking through GD, and i saw a post about hypothetical skills and was wondering why we dont have skills that allow squads to function better.
Quote:All skills below require you to be squad or team leader to apply
Squad Command - +2% bonus to speed and stamina regen Team Command - +2% bonus to deployment speed (Link, MCRU, CRU)
Armor Augmentation - +2% bonus to armor hp per level Shield Augmentation - +2% bonus to shield HP per level Triage Augmentation - +2% bonus to repair tool repair amount Ewar Augmentation - +2% bonus to all EWAR modules
Ray got me thinking about it, we have similar skills in EVE so why not in Dust? Is there any possibility of this happening? because i think it would be a really good thing to implement. |

As far as I know, and correct me if I'm wrong, the only type of squad bonus is the Warbarge strike.
What about adding a "X spotted" option?
I like the idea as mentioned above. Why not add to it? Lets brain storm this!!

A squad leadership skill would perhaps lead to a bonus to Bonus WP or squad commission Points.
I think perhaps a percentage increase radius increase to circle or area of issue commands(the donut size when you put a defend order on a squad mate for example). Would giving an area of effect when placed on objectives be ok?
Of course that is only useful if you regularly run as a squad leader(which im horrible at- I get too busy killing reds to think about placing a new order when someone is down.

I think something similar to what ray said would be a good start. Maybe add in a 1% damage increase for squad members per level as well. |

A 10% buff wouldnt be much. About 45 shields and if it's a brick fit Amarr sentinel about 160 armour. It would only apply if you are squad lead and only for squad members. It would depend on suits and how they are fit. Sents and commandos would benefit most from Hp buffs. |

If you know that a squad of heavies are sitting on a point you just go to another or bring in your own heavies. |
