Im not a rookie, but would appreciate any tips. Ive recently stopped using cloaks, i have both proto min and gal scouts.

Basically how do you run personally run min scout? I was getting training with min scout and i was told that its something you cant teach.
You basically figure it out on your own. Almost every thing ive learn from scouting is from combat.

I love old school scouting. I know with different fits you have to run it different ways pending on fitting etc.

I like knife and SMG the most. And REs never forget REs.

I dont want to be a Moody or Musturd though they are my inspiration, i want to be a good scout and have my own tactics and
playstyle not copy someone elses. I also have an extreme disregard for personal safety so insanity is welcome.

TACnet is a tool not something to rely onGǪ situational awareness is always better.
Keep movingGǪ and don't be predictable
 Set traps to your advantage
FoV sucks use that to your advantage
Don't be afraid to take the long routeGǪ and never catch a ride in a LAV (some people do enjoy LAV and Scout suit combo and it can be effective, just not my style)
 Don't give a damn about dyingGǪ fun > big K little d
 Use a Flaylock

Knifed you a few days ago on my mainGǪ then you SMGed me

I think the most important part of scouting is being able to see the battle lines forming, and knowing how to manipulate them.

I always run at least 1 damp on my scout, I think that's part of the key to the old school style.

Octo camo is not in dust... It never has been, and it never will be ;)

I've been having fun with an adv gal with 2 kincats 1 damp, shotgun , flylock and uplinks. I keep enemy scout speed in mind as I use terrain to stay out of view. I've used the cloak a handfull of times and find this fit more exciting. When the team scanner hits i'll be adding that to my fit. I still gotta thank Munson for the tips he gave me and buy him a case of redbull
