DUST Search - I love the Gal shotty scout and the new Quafes

I figure being so bright and shiny will help me train myself to keep out of the enemy's line of sight, and learn to react when I am inevitably spotted.

Also got the quafe sentinel A-1 with the armor plates blueprint. I may or may not buy an armor repair bpo with my remaining 10K aur. It sucks that the MLT HMG is so terrible otherwise I would pick up that blueprint, but I tried that damn thing out and I couldn't even kill a scrawny Min assault before it overheated. Screw that. Loving the new MLT flux grenade though!

Something tells me I should just save my AUR until I get a feel for the new SP cap. I used to buy 3-day boosters but I'm not sure that's going to cut it anymore even with what should be a pretty high loyalty rank in 1.9

With all the new SP we'll be getting I'm sure I can correct the ONLY mistake I've ever made in my skill tree: Assault Rifles. Even then, the breach seems to be actually competitive now. After the 1.8 respec I never made a single mistake again. Every decision I made was informed and calculated. Dust? No, this is AUR514 now.

I'm not going to be as severely impacted (or try not to be) as other scouts by the range nerf while cloaked because I will still keep my dampening. The only real change will be that I'll tend not to use it unless I know the enemy is there. And I won't be using it on my Quafe to save ISK anyway. Yesterday people were pulling out their proto so I had to use the advanced with a cloak. What happened was priceless. Two redberries drive up to me in a LAV. The driver sees me and gets out. I cloak and crouch basically right in front of his eyes, but I was slightly behind one of those 1 meter tall fences so he lost track of me. My cloak was running out of time so I sprinted toward him, leaped into the air and shotgunned him in the face. Dust? No, this is AUR514 now.
