Call it wishful thinking, but if on ground efforts show organization, it will inspire. It's going to take people knowing their place (not everybody can be an FC) and elitist attitudes being thrown out the window. Massive recruiting. If EVE players saw Dust mercs organizing tactically, it would highly motivate and impress, not forgetting that it would improve EVE pilot/Dust merc relations. You just need one EVE guy. Create nice emails. Form all Caldari ground corporations into one or two alliances on ground. Set up a meeting. Discuss the parameters. Sit down and create rules/foundation. It can be done. It takes just a small handful of people to coordinate but they gotta commit and work hard. You also would need a mercenary with excellent social/personal skills to gain the attention of those who would normally refuse. But can't stress it enough. Communication, communication, communication. All dedicated mercenaries need to be heard and streamlined into one focus that can be agreed upon. It can be done.
