I know I got around 720 sidearm kills yet I only recieved 47k SP, I know this isn't right because other people have also reported random amounts of SP when they have also reached the 750 mark. Some got 100k, some 270k.
Fix Please. |

The officer naming event is ONLY MILITIA. But the SP is from all side arms. Atleast thats what CCP conveyed through the post.And thats what i thought too... |

And clearly you're just as dense as your description. That was the eligible weapons for the Officer Sidearm Weapons event, which is why its listed under the "Bonus Objective" - which was the Officer Sidearm event.

Because the SQL queries were complicated, they probably just reused the same ones used for the officer weapon naming event, forgetting that there are a ton of other sidearms and Nova Knives.

I just explained why you (and i as well) didn't get extra SP. Don't forget we playing CCP (Can't Code Properly) game. Those don't have any logic activity nor ability to admit their mistakes.
Again, try to think & use some logic... all facts shows that it was [u][i]militia sidearm[/iu] event. Now CCP need to fix event description (a bit too late for that), OR fix this according to event description.
That already constant mistakes for over 2 years in events (and not only), that involves a lot of logic use, especially in programming & scripting...

There needs to be a way of keeping track of SP payouts. Like the wallet screen for ISK payout. Something similar for SP would help players check the SP payouts from these events.

Oh, please... all items have names & IDs, list is not that big, barely take noticeable amount of time (few hours for really lazy person) for adequate programmer to make a working script (scripts), that collect required data, almost in no time.

Actually, this applies to the bonus challenge to get an officer sidearm named by you, it doesn't apply to the bonus SP. Also from the same link you said the other guy didn't read, which he obviously did and you were the one who didn't:
Objective: During the event period, players must achieve kills using any sidearm (including Nova Knives) while using any type of dropsuit.

Same here. I don't see my SP rewards. I ran a dual side-arm fit almost exclusively the entire event. Got over 1k kills in that time and I'm positive at least 750 of them were side-arm kills.

I only got 90k sp, but I was playing with the bolt pistol alot, averaging 30 kills per match  .
I played some militia sidearms too and I think I got about 90-some kills...
The event description was written incorrectly, saying ALL sidearms qualified for the sp bonus. 
Basically, WE GOT PUNK'D.
That moment when you mow down a proto Caldari assault suit with a militia laser rifle.

Half my corpmates didn't receive anything.
We were all disappointed because the sidearm rewards were delayed "to ensure they're given correctly" and even the heavy event rewards weren't screwed like that, big fail

I just noticed OP changed the thread title. Is this new title true? I got maybe 20 kills using mlt ScrP and Ion. Ran mainly a std bolt and an SK9M Breach SMG for the win. This may explain the discrepancy.

If you believe that youGÇÖre the best with your chosen militia sidearm, all you need to do is enter battle and use militia sidearms to kill other mercenaries. While doing so, battle data will be captured, with the data from the best mercenaries being used to further improve these new experimental versions of the weapons you used.
As a token of their thanks and to encourage mercenaries to create more data, each manufacturer has offered the ability to name their new sidearm weapons to the mercenary that generates the most useful data, as well as a small stockpile of their new tool of destruction. If this sounds like something you want, then thereGÇÖs only one thing to do: grab your best militia sidearm, strap in, and go make some data.

I got about 300k and I would have been using militia sidearms. My main got 0sp and wasnt using militia sidearms. |

I'm assuming what many are assuming as well: We were only given SP based on Militia kills. HOWEVER, the rules clearly stated ANY sidearm kill would count towards the 1000sp.
This is a bit ridiculous of course, especially considering that it was pushed back. Ah well, despite the hotfixes, CCP can and will still mess up occasionally. Hopefully they'll get on it soon.

I got 750 kills at least from a combo of different SMGs, IshNoks, and the bolt pistol.
I got 25k.

What they gave out the sp??? for good measure you guys better just give us all the max amount + our boosters. That way everyone gets well rewarded even if we didn't cheat/boost.
