Whats gonna happend? Scouts gonna go extinct cause their scan bonuses get crippled when using a cloak. Active scanners will be extremly popular due to the fact they are going to be shared with your whole team (galente logi gonna be OP as hell) and you will see more assaults and heavys. Its just gonna be a FOTM chase after another. I for example im going to use a respec and pull out all scout related skills and espacially ADS skills.
Bright is the opposite of dark! Who would have thought of that?!

Many pilots have lamentated about the ills of having a mCRU on their drop ship
But more then that is the limited number of pilots and the vast number of players willing to spend 50k on a LAV to get easy points driving around. I tried it last night and it was a leisurely night.
Throw on a heavy suit with a HMG and have fun.
Of course tankers will defiantly take advantage of it but again you have to consider the price tag. Not everyone can afford to loose a tank or two.
