Skilled to level 5 in both Amarr Assault & Scrambler Rifle & before the Balance Hotfix, could only shoot off 18-20 rounds before overheating, firing as fast as I can..now after Balance Hotfix, I can shoot off 23 rounds before overheat. Big Whoop!! What the hell CCP!?!

I like the changes i can get 3 more rounds off on the ScR but the AScR is perfect

3-5 rounds is a big deal considering this weapon is capable of dealing such a high damage per shot |

Were you familiar with this weapon pre-Delta? Because the heating mechinism was never the issue, it was the RoF, this high temp build up was just a bi-product of the reduction of the RoF. So this is why I keep bringing up this unintended overheating issue, but for some reason CCP is doing little to return the weapon's overheating characteristics to its pre-Delta form while still honoring the RoF decrease.
