Sorry i cant find the o.g. thread but in discussing the passive armor reps it was said by a dev that shield suits the caldari were recieving a extra low slot is this no longer happening?

They don't get an extra low slot. The native reps just free up a low slot where Reactive plates or a repper would've been placed.

In the thread this was supposed to happen thats why caldari got the worst passive reps

"supposed to happen" is a strong term. More like opening up a discussion about the idea to see if it will be implemented in the next hotfix (not the 1.9 update). And as they others stated, its not another low slot, it's freeing up a low slot by giving slight passive reps.

Look i get what's being said that it " gains" another slot but honestly .50 reps really lol thats garbage cal scouts aren't gonna rock shield regulators, i dont care about the slot i was just curious cuz even the min gets a better regen so when i seen in the post gal was supposed to get two and ended with 1. 5 i had to ask, but it was a hypothetical"gain" but at .5 it gains nothing lol
