Can you guys explain to me clearly what they said in this part of the DEV 1.9 blog ?

 SKILL RESET AND REFUND

An option to reset your Skills and refund your Skill Points will now be sold as a player convenience service for AUR under the Services Market category. We believe that this is the best way forward for DUST 514. If you need to fix a few bad decisions, then this is the option for you. Players who want to continuously reset their Skills will be able to do so, which pushes on the Development team and Community to keep the game as balanced as possible. A note of warning, though: Skillbooks will be refunded at 80% of the ISK Market Price with the Skillpoints, so will need to be purchased again for ISK, every time you Reset and Refund your Skills.

I don't understand why anyone would pay to reset, surely that should be a support ticket option.

means you gotta buy your skillbooks again but you dont get 100% isk from resetting the skills

 as i believe resetting a skill = removing book+SP

 In layman's terms:

Quote:We will be offering players the ability to purchase a respec, which refunds the SP spent on all skillbooks and places it into their Unallocated SP Pool. However, only 80% of the ISK spent on skillbooks will be refunded.
For example, a the "Caldari Assault Dropsuits" skillbook costs 727,000 ISK to purchase. However, you will only receive 581,600 ISK from the refund. Should you wish to invest into a skill again, you will have to purchase that skillbook again, just as if it was a skill you haven't purchased before.

The real question is how much aur does it cost? I'd say around 40,000 aur.
