Use multiple Scout suits. If you like using a Scout with a cloak, have a Scout with Uplinks, another with Nanohives, and another with Needles or a Repair Tool. When you die, change out to the next one. You can help out your team and also get some free WP's.
You don't even have to change your playstyle. If you like lone wolfing shooting dudes, drop your Uplinks in areas that would be useful for your team (at the enemy's flank or near an objective) and go about your day shooting dudes while getting sporadic +25 WP. Same thing with Nanohives; throw 'em down in a group of friendlies and then run off while you get some free WP.

I usually run Plasma Cannon so i can tax any vehicle that comes near my sqwadies with +75 --- +75 --- +40... as well as killing infantry of course..

I personally spawn an lav, take it to a base and make it my zone. I generally defend specific objectives. average around 1k a game, usually a little over
Dedicated Stealth Scout.
Pay attention to your surroundings or your getting 2 in the back of the head.

logi suck at getting WPs unless a few conditions are met.
1. a locked bulwark
2. reinforcment uplinks already placed
3. people dieing and useing uplinks
4.reviving people
5. repping people
basically logi only excels at single point/area combat. if its spread all over the map then its much much harder to get WPs due to low engagment times
TL;DR logi == sustained firefight support

Scout should always be able to run uplinks. They're arguably better at it than the Amarr Logi.
And I doubt enough has changed since I last played a month ago, so you should still be able to run a rep tool on a scout, and even a needle or hives.
To be completely honest with you Assault shouldn't have to worry about WP. Focus on clearing the enemy out of the objective, hacking, and defending that objective. Your only equipment should be a nanohive for personal use. That right there will earn you more WP as an Assault than doing anything else.
