I had made a notepad document that was pretty much ideas/ ways that this game could be balanced way before the mention of 1.9. Not really doing anything useful just staying there, so I revised it, put it on drive, and tried to see what I could get from it.
Just some ideas and all, that's it.
Love it, hate it, kill me for it, teabag me in game for it, don't care.
Hopefully some of these ideas are already thought of and actually would be used.

CCP should adapt the potato balancing method, a potato is just a potato, but you can change it in so many ways. Mashed potato, roast potato, chips, waffles, potato in stew, potato in soup, just potato, just potato without the skin and even raw potato. There are sweet potatoes but we don't like to talk about them.
Potato has a lot of uses as you can see, but also some effective counters like potato blight, which turns normal potato into rotten potato and saw the nerfing of the Irish population in the year 1840.
But you can't just throw potato on plate and say potato, you must prep and deliver potato in a nice fashion for full effectiveness.
You see the importance of potato balancing now, yes?

I will go slaughter a thousand people with many different types of potato now.
